What is Local Employment?
Local jobs are available in and around the Athens area. Individuals, as well as businesses in the area contact the Centralized Student Employment Services (CSES) to post available positions. Like Hourly Employment, these positions are available to all Ohio University students enrolled at least half-time. There is no financial need or grade point average requirement. In addition, students looking to work more than 20 hours per week may be interested in local employment as some jobs offer this opportunity. Jobs are posted when new positions become available.
